A GREAT RECEPTION requires planning. Once I know your desires I will usually invest at least ten hours plus into the planning of your reception and ceremony if you are requesting our services for your ceremony. I will personally customize your special day to fit your own personality, taste and dreams. All you will need to do on your big day is simply relax and enjoy, while I and or my team take care of all the details which will be planned through unlimited phone, internet, and in office consultations. Upon your request, I will gladly meet with you at your reception venue within 30 days from your big day. During our meeting, we will go over all of your special details and discuss the layout of the reception area.
Unless you request otherwise, my team and I will also act as your Wedding Reception Directors. We will make sure that all of your pre-discussed details take place as you wish for them to take place. We want to make sure that you can breath easy and that your day goes exactly as you desire. ALSO, if you desire we will gladly act as YOUR DAY OF WEDDING COORDINATOR.
Even though, because of my years of experience, I know what music will motivate most people, your wedding day is just that.... your day. You can be sure that the music will be perfect because through prior consultation, my team and I will play the music that YOU both desire. I do however recommend a mixture of family friendly music for all of your guests to enjoy, but this is of course your choice. We carry a large music library that ranges from 1950 through the top 40 hits of today.
What about fun during your reception? Some couples want interaction activities, some don't. If you do not wish to have interaction activities, just let me know. It is your very special day and it is our goal to make sure that everything goes exactly your way. However, to break the ice and promote fun and excitment during your reception, I HIGHLY recommend interaction activities of some kind, otherwise, it is somewhat difficult to make sure that your guest's enjoy themselves.
Have you ever been to a wedding reception that was so disorganized? I can promise you that you will not have to worry about any of this when you reserve my services. My team and I will keep everyone informed of every step of your reception so that no one should miss one special highlight of your reception. It is my goal to make sure that you have a fun filled and stress free wedding reception that you and your guest's will enjoy and remember for a long time.
