When you reserve my personal services, you will receive a password that will allow you access to all of my very easy online planning tools. These tools will help you plan the most perfect reception or event well in advance prior to your reserved date. Once you complete my easy online planning, you will just simply submit all of your details to me and I will begin to work on your special day. Once I format all of your details to your desires, I will ask for your approval. Once you approve of the format for your reception or event, I will coordinate all details with your Photographer, Caterer, etc. to ensure that your wishes are carried out to your specifications. Keep in mind that I will always be available to help you plan every detail as needed because when you reserve my services you will be entitled to unlimited consultations in my office, by email, phone, fax and or mail.

I (DJ DONNIE) will format and plan all of your reception or event details as soon as you submit them to me. I will be the one who professionally formats your entire reception or event with the information that I gather from you prior to your reserved date.

When all of your decisions have been made and once you submit all of your details to me, you can look forward to enjoying your reception or event with no stress while I take care of all the details as you request by using my interactive online planning tools. The more I know about you and your expectations, the better I can fulfill them.

I will work very close with you, your Photographer, Caterer, Venue Host, etc to keep everyone informed of everything going on so that no one should miss one special highlight of your special day.

I prefer to call myself a Wedding Reception and or Entertainment Director, because my focus is on directing the flow of your reception or event so that you can simply just relax and enjoy your very special day while I see to it that all of your desires are carried out as you wish for them to be.

Keep in mind that the term “Professional Entertainment Director" simply means that I will take care of formatting every detail of your reception or event as you submit your details to me by using my planning tools. I and or my appointed assistants will keep everyone informed of everything going on so that no one should miss one special highlight. We will alert you and your guests, your Photographer, Caterer, etc. well in advance before any special highlight takes place. It also includes several hours of planning your reception or event before your reserved date even arrives. This ensures that everyone will be well informed of every detail necessary to make sure that your reception or event is exactly the way in which you want it to be. After all, it is your special day which is why I and my assistant will do everything in our power to ensure the success that you deserve and that you are hoping for.
