Access to my online planning tools 24 hours a day. My planning tools will allow you to plan your reception in detail on my website. Once all of your details are completed to your desires, I will format all of your details and see that they are carried out as you wish for them to be.

Unlimited consultations in my office, by phone, email, fax and or mail.

Professional planning, coordination and direction of your reception. I will spend at least 6 to 10  hours in the pre-planning of your reception to personalize your reception to your desires. I will coordinate all of your details with your Photographer, Caterer, Venue Host, etc well in advance prior to your wedding day so that we are all on the same page to ensure that your reception flows smoothly and professionally. You will not need to hire a Reception Coordinator/Director or have a family member or friend coordinate the special highlights of your reception because this is all included in my entertainment rate. 

Professional sound equipment with backup equipment. Even though equipment failure is rare, I do carry backup equipment just in case of emergency.

Dinner music throughout your meal. 

Wireless microphone is included for the toast and any special comments, although I will personally make all announcements including your grand introductions into your reception venue and all traditional highlights of your reception.

A large variety of music for people of all ages. My music library is 100% digital and literally contains over 50,000 song titles from 1930 through today’s current top 40 hits.  I do specialize in mixing up the music with the very best of yesterday with the top hits of today to please you as well as all of your guests of all ages. Keep in mind that my music library is updated weekly with current top 40 hits. 

Guest interaction activities to promote a fun time during your reception. Yes I love to provide guests interaction such as dances, games and contests. But please keep in mind that it is your option to include interaction activities. If you do not wish to have interaction activities performed during your reception, just let me know in advance. It's your day and I want everything to be your way!

8x10 framed CD of your first dance song.

You will receive a free CD of your special dance songs such as your first dance, parent dances and any other special dance song.

My dance lighting system is available as an added option upon your request providing that adequate covering is provided by you. I highly recommend adding on my dance lighting package if your reception will start after 6:00pm.

One million dollar liability insurance coverage to protect you, your venue location and of course myself. 

Music for your Ceremony is available as an added option if needed and may be included within your reserved time frame if I do not need to setup an additional sound system. Please contact me for complete details if you also need music for your Ceremony.
